This beautiful necklace is made with 8mm vintage Swarovski pearls that are hand-knotted on silk with a repurposed designer button. The button measures 22mm and is stamped on the back. Hand-knotted necklaces are more supple and lux than when wire string is used, which make them a little more stiff. The extender also has a small repurposed designer button charm
