US orders are shipped via USPS and varies between 3 -14 business days.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, which varies between 3-14 business days.

PRODUCTION TIME

All our jewelry is handmade. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order.

RETURNS

Since all pieces are made to order, returns are not accepted at this time.

We do not accept cancellations

All custom orders, sale items, and International orders are FINAL sale

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to the sender TOKA B due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: TOKA B IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.
